A beautiful form of Ammocharis coranica from Botswana’s kalahari, the deepest maroon red colour makes you look twice, then a 3rd time. The bulb is used traditionally where it is ground to a paste and used to waterproof pots. Also used to treat ailments caused by witchcraft.
