A special and sentimental species for us, named after a dear friend and mentor, Cameron McMaster. Cameron and I made the initial collection together and now Shire bulb nursery has a healthy population of seed grown breeding plants. They do well in cultivation in large pots but care needs to be made not to overwater or they rot. A mixture of well-drained sandy gravel with some fine bark and compost mixed in seems to work well.
