Polyxena ensifolia is a small flowering plant native to South Africa, known for its attractive flowers and unique growing conditions. Polyxena is now often classified under the genus Lachenalia due to taxonomic revisions. This white form occurs near Willowmore in the dry part of Eastern Cape province of South Africa. They do well in well-drained sandy soil and enjoy plenty of sunlight.
