Moraea huttonii is a bulbous perennial that can reach heights up to 1m tall. It features long, strap-like leaves about 25mm wide with incurved margins that are generally longer than the flower stalks, creating a graceful, arching appearance. Its fragrant, iris-like bright yellow flowers are often marked with brown near the center. It is a hardy garden plant ideal for a damp areas or as a lovely feature next to a pond. The showy flowers will ensure a lovely colourful display in spring.
